Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using any services offered by Christi Pride, operating as Empowered To Overcome Life Coaching ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By creating a portal account, purchasing a coaching package, or participating in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Empowered To Overcome Life Coaching provides Christian life coaching, biblically grounded instruction, and personal development programs. Our services are intended to support your spiritual growth, mindset renewal, and life purpose — rooted in the Word of God.
Coaching is not therapy. Life coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy, counseling, medical advice, or professional legal or financial guidance. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical treatment, please seek the appropriate licensed professional. By using this portal and our services, you acknowledge this distinction.
Our services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
All fees for coaching packages and programs are listed at the time of purchase and are due in full (or per the agreed payment plan) before services begin. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Where a payment plan is in place, you authorize us to charge the card on file per the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of portal access until the balance is resolved.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited without refund. Please reach out as soon as possible if an emergency arises — we will do our best to accommodate reschedules on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the digital and faith-based nature of our programs, all sales are final once access has been granted or a session has been held. If you have a concern, please contact us.
Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind, lack of engagement, or failure to complete program materials. We are committed to your success — please reach out if you are experiencing challenges.

All content provided through this portal — including coaching materials, workbooks, video content, session notes, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of Christi Pride / Empowered To Overcome Life Coaching and is protected by copyright law.
You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any materials without express written permission. Sharing your login credentials or distributing program content to others who have not purchased access is a violation of these Terms.
Information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. We are obligated to break confidentiality only if we believe there is risk of imminent harm to you or others, or as required by law.
In group programs or community spaces, you are expected to honor the privacy of fellow participants. What is shared in the group, stays in the group.
Testimonials and examples shared reflect individual client experiences. Results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, commitment, and unique circumstances. We believe God can do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think — and we are here to walk alongside you in that journey.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior toward staff or other participants, or non-payment. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christi Pride and Empowered To Overcome Life Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this portal or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Company is based, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication first.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by a revised date at the top of this page. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
